FAQ

​How to care for your jewelry

​

  • Store jewelry in a dry place. Avoid exposing jewelry to water, saltwater, chemicals, lotions/oils. Contaminates will speed up oxidation and weaken/crack and discolor your stones. 

 

  • Store/hang jewelry away from base metals. Exposure to hooks or trays made with base metals will cause jewelry to oxidize.

 

  • Clean silver with mild sudsy water, rinse well and pat dry with a non-scratching cloth. Polish gently with a jewelry polishing cloth of your choosing.

Payment and Shipping

 

  • Once an item is purchased it cannot be canceled or redirected. Please double check shipping address as Wild Heritage is not liable for inaccurate delivery information.

  • Wild Heritage is not responsible for lost or damaged items. If you purchased insurance shipping you can file a claim with USPS, so they can begin to recover or refund you for the lost package. 

 

  • Items are shipped via USPS First Class. You will receive a tracking number after the package has shipped.

 

  • If your local and want to pick up an order, just choose "local pickup" for the shipping option upon check out. You will receive an email once your order is ready! We can then discuss a day and time for pick-up! Do not forget to add in your phone number and email at check out.

​Refunds & Exchanges

 

  • All items are final sale!

 

  • I cannot except returns or exchanges at this time.  Please look at all photos and read descriptions carefully before making a purchase. I'm happy to answer any questions if needed and reach out if you're unsure about an item that you'd like to purchase.

 

  • If you have broken an item, please reach out to see if something can be done.  Customer is responsible for shipping fees and repair/replacement fees.
